  • Help Desk: remote technical assistance (by phone or web, also available 24/7) for the use/maintenance of your products and for your employees in solving computer problems;

  • Internet support: Support for visitors that take a glance at your website, including support on how to navigate it as well as assistance with online payment methods;

  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR): IVR systems improve the handling of significant call volumes through an interactive voice response process. IVR provides choices and information to customers responding to their needs in self-service mode. It is also possible to configure an IVR dispositive that allows prior caller identification.
