Back Office
The Back Office service enables our client to better manage internal and external processes and to improve the perceived quality of products and services, and thus the relationship with the end customer.
In particular, depending on the organisational model and the Customer's strategic choices, Back Office Services can be provided by implementing a different degree of outsourcing depending on whether the service is delegated entirely or partially.

- optimisation of databases by the research and integration of absent documents/data through issuing reminder letters, search on customer applications, both online and with direct Call Centre activity;
- Documentary compliance control according to checklists;

- invoicing processing, including to the public administration;
- handling of written and/or verbal complaints;
- credit management and collections administration;
- multi-channel post-sales management of customer requests.
