INTEGRATED POLICY FOR QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY ENVIRONMENT


System Data Center intends to promote and strengthen the satisfaction and trust of its customers through continuous improvement of the services made available, in terms of efficiency, efficacy and promptness, in compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

With the Integrated Management System (IMS), certified basing on the guidelines established in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, System Data Center strives to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with its requirements and aims to provide functional and satisfactory products, services and solutions.

Seeing as how the quality of service provided is the result of the performance of everyone in the company, fostering an internal climate of trust and cooperation among the various professional figures (team leaders, supervisors, staff) becomes a priority to attach paramount importance to co-worker's contribution.

We are convinced that professional success comes through the satisfaction of all parties involved. We can succeed in our intent by paying close attention to market demands and cues, however and always with respect for the surrounding environment, common heritage, and the health and safety of workers and any other interested subjects (co-workers of customers, suppliers, visitors and people otherwise close to our working areas).

System Data Center also pursues a balanced growth, built through the gradual strengthening of outcomes by working, step by step, in a positive and motivated company climate, in observance of law in force and any other requirements approved regarding Environment, Health, Safety and Quality (EHSQ).

Our main goal is to limit the environmental impacts of our activities, prevent any form of accidental pollution, reduce workplace injuries and diseases and have a procedure approach, with the aim of monitoring, through a system of business markers, the company's performance. The IMS is, therefore, the tool by which to obtain, as well as control, the achievement of the targets regularly set for the implementation of this policy.
