System Data Center is a company that has been operating in the information and communications technology (ICT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) world for over 40 years.

We offer products, services, Software solutions to customers who need a capable, competent and flexible partner for their business development. Our experience keeps us up to date and brings us closer to our customers' needs.

We are a dynamic group, whose strengths are based on consolidated experience of teamwork on the design, development and provision of contact centre, back office and document management softwares and services, through the correct management of people, the creation and the management of processes and a high technological competence.

This allows us to intervene in the entire Customer Relationship Management (CRM) cycle: from the search for new customers to the operational management until the customer loyalty.

The company adopts an Integrated Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001, as certified by IMQ (Italian organization responsible for determining quality standards), and is working towards ISO 27001 as well as ISO14064-1 certification, for energy management and monitoring of the Carbon Footprint of the Organization (CFO).
